Just over six months after setting the record for the priciest condo sold in North Brooklyn…the waterfront development put another penthouse into contract that is on pace to beat that mark.

One Domino Square had a big 2025. As of December, the building has sold over 100 residences and has closed more deals this year than any other Brooklyn property. Over the summer, a penthouse at the development sold for $7,450,000, the priciest sponsor sale ever in Williamsburg and Greenpoint, and the neighborhood’s most expensive sale by price per square foot.

Two Trees’ One Domino Square has upped the ante in the battle of the Williamsburg waterfront developments.

The project sold its duplex penthouse for $7.45 million, according to sales director Aaron Goed. The deal, which is yet to close, marks the record for the neighborhood’s priciest sponsor sale and at $3,046 per square foot, the sale is also the neighborhood’s priciest per square foot for any residential sale by more than 12 percent.

The four-bedroom unit at 8 South 4th Street sold for $5.8 million, or $2,200 per square foot, The Real Deal has learned. The sale is part of the first wave of closings at the waterfront development.
